Florida Department of Health The mission of the Department of Health is to promote and protect the health and safety of all Floridians. New Mexico Department of Early Intervention and Children Services The Family Infant and Toddler Program furnishes early intervention services through provider agencies to children with, or at risk for, developmental delays and their families. This program meets the requirements of Part C of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), as amended. As the designated lead agency for this interagency program, the New Mexico Department of Health/Long Term Services Division (DOH/LTSD) is responsible for ensuring that eligible children and their families receive services which are delivered in accordance with state and federal requirements. Respite services are also available for the families of eligible children from birth through age 21.

Vermont Developmental Disabilities Council We are a consumer directed planning and advocacy organization working on systems change issues. The Council is primarily concerned with the community based service system that provides supports to people with developmental disabilities and their families. With the exception of information and referral services, the Council does not provide direct services to individuals.

Vermont Division of Health Care Administration The Vermont Division of Health Care Administration (DHCA) supports consumer assistance, quality assurance over managed care plans, general regulatory oversight of private health insurers and managed care plans, and cost containment programs such as hospital budget review and Certificate of Need (CON).  DHCA also manages a contract with the Vermont Program for Quality in Health Care (VPQHC) that works with health care professionals in Vermont and regionally to continuously improve the quality of health care throughout the health care system serving all Vermonters.

Our primary approach in solving health problems is prevention.

Wyoming Division of Behavioral Health The Wyoming public mental health system served almost 17,000 persons last year through 16 community mental health centers (CMHCs) in all Wyoming counties. All CMHCs are eligible to provide covered outpatient mental health services under provider agreements with the state Medicaid agency. Recent system planning and reform initiatives have enhanced services for children and adolescents with serious emotional disorders and adults with serious and persistent mental illness.
